観葉植物の通販
お手頃サイズのヘゴ仕立てのモンステラ。立ち上がった切れ込みのある葉が存在感抜群です。
ハート型の大きな葉に不規則な深い切れ込みや穴があく姿がエキゾチックなサトイモ科の観葉植物です。サイズも手ごろで置き場所をあまり選びません。
葉は光沢がある暗緑色で革質です。成樹木やその他のものに付着して伸長する多年生つる性植物で、高さ7?8mに達します。
茎の部分から褐色の気根を多数下垂し、 葉柄の取れた後は節状になります。
属名Monsteraの由来は、葉形より(怪物)を意味するラテン語monstrumにちなむという説があるそうです。
